**INSIGHT ENGINEERING FINESSE** **WE’RE HIRING** **Job code: CFG-JE** **Accountant / Junior Accountant** **Location: Bengaluru** **QUALIFICATION:** B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance **EXPERIENCE:** 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Financial Management & Accounting. Experience with Chartered Accountant firms would be a plus. **CRITERIA** **KNOW-HOW** - Strong understanding of accounting principles - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance - Familiarity with invoice processing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations - Experience in maintaining ledgers, preparing vouchers, and finalizing accounts. **TOOLS** - Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) **TRAITS** - Attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Ability to meet deadlines and multitask - Good communication and documentation skills - Ethical, reliable, and organized **ROLE** - Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping activities by recording all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner. - Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and profit & loss accounts and support monthly and yearly financial closings. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and customer collections. - Assist in tax compliance and statutory filings, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with auditors and other departments to provide necessary documents and clarify accounting-related queries. - Support internal audits and documentation by ensuring financial records are organized, complete, and compliant with company policies. **COVER LETTER MUST INCLUDE:** Experience in years | Domain of experience | Current and expected CTC A brief write-up, on why do you think you can do a great job (!) in this role! **APPLY NOW!** This role demands specific skill sets.
