Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records .
2. Handle day to day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
3. Reconcile project-related accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
4. Coordinate with project managers and clients for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Master’s in Accounting or finance or related filed.
Experience with accounting software like Tally, ERP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook) and knowledge of tax regulations (like GST and TDS)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of efficiency, accuracy, honesty and responsibility.
Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (Construction Company experienced more preferably)
