Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Accounting:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (or other ERP)
• Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)
• Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances

Taxation & Compliance:

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Handle TDS payments and filing (Form 26Q, 24Q)
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)

Banking & Payments:

• Bank reconciliations and daily cash flow tracking
• Prepare vendor payments and salary disbursements
• Monitor receivables and follow up on dues

Reporting & Audit Support:

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

Documentation & Filing:

• Maintain financial documents and records (Invoices, Bills, Vouchers)
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of Indian taxation laws is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,781.07 - ₹43,275.48 per month
