2. Manage the company's financial accounts, including processing Invoices, maintaining financial records, and preparingfinancial reports3.Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards4.Handle payroll processing, including calculating employee salaries, deductions, and taxes5.Manage employee benefits and insurance programs.6.Handle recruitment and on boarding processes, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts7. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, preparing reports, and reconciling payments8.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations9.Handle employee relations issues and grievances10.Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters11.Maintain employee records and databases12.GST Filing & Other All basic accounting Investors.13.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
