You are a full-time on-site Production Shift Supervisor at Fortune Plastic Technologies in Bengaluru. Your responsibilities include supervising production activities, coordinating production schedules, planning production processes, and ensuring effective communication within the production team. To excel in this role, you must have experience in Production Schedules and Planning, possess effective communication skills, demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team, and have good knowledge of processing different plastic raw materials. Additionally, you should be proficient in mould loading & unloading, maintain process parameters monitoring & recording, and resolve production process parameters problems such as shot shot, flash, burn mark, etc. You will also be responsible for handling manpower and assigning jobs as per the plan.,

You will be required to conform to all safety standards of the company and follow instructions from the quality manual for individual parts. Your responsibilities will include comparing production parts to sample parts, maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition, and following prescribed safety regulations. Using the injection molding machine to produce plastic parts will be a key task in this role. You will also be expected to detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor, trim plastic parts to proper dimensions, and operate the production machine in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
