Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee the financial and compliance functions of our Export Division. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in export finance, LC handling, taxation, and regulatory compliance, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting and financial operations related to exports
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC), pre-shipment and post-shipment finance, and bank dealings
• Supervise export documentation and coordinate with DGFT, customs, and other regulatory bodies
• Monitor export receivables and ensure timely realization of payments
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis for export transactions
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, FEMA, RBI, and EXIM policies
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including auditors and bankers
• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee audits related to export transactions

Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance (CA/ICWA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts and finance with a focus on exports
• Strong command over Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of international trade finance, forex management, and regulatory frameworks
