Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions, records, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing taxation matters, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accounting records and files (Tally or other ERP software). Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.). Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Handle GST returns, TDS filing, and coordinate with auditors for compliance. Process payroll and maintain salary records. Monitor budgets and assist in financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations. Assist with internal and external audits. Coordinate with different departments for financial clarity and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent). Proven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 2 years preferred). Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, etc.). Strong understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and Indian accounting standards. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience in immigration or service-based industries. Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance. Ability to handle confidential financial information.
