Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all financial records in

  Tally ERP and MS Excel

  .
• Prepare and file

  GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances

  within the deadlines.
• Manage

  bank reconciliations, cash flow, and vendor payments

  .
• Prepare and finalize

  monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and financial statements

  .
• Assist in

  internal and external audits

  , ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain

  ledgers, vouchers, journal entries, and expense tracking

  .
• Handle

  personal ITR filings

  and institutional tax obligations.
• Support management in

  budget planning, fund allocation, and cost control

  .
• Ensure

  timely tax claims, compliance, and financial reporting

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum

  3–5 years of relevant experience

  , preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong proficiency in

  Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  GST, TDS, Income Tax, and auditing standards

  .
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple financial responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.
