Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Female Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure tax compliance. You will handle daily transactions, monthly reporting, and financial health monitoring. Solid understanding of inbound and outbound financial processes (billing, collections, and vendor management).

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
Tax & Compliance: Manage tax returns (GST, TDS, or Income Tax) and ensure all filings are completed according to legal deadlines.
Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and inter-company account reconciliations.
Ledger Management: Perform bank reconciliations and oversee AP/AR.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, and client collections.
Auditing Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements & Experience:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional accounting experience.
Minimum Age: 18–*25years (Female).*
Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of inbound and outbound financial processes (billing, collections, and vendor management).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Tech Skills: Expert in [QuickBooks/Tally/SAP] and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs).
Skills: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
