Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience includes stock management.- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to manage accounts payable and receivable.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Experience conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial statements specific to healthcare operations.
- Prepare and process monthly billing.- Reconcile daily deposits and payments.- Monitor and control financial performance.- Record and manage accounts payable and receivable.- Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.- Respond to financial inquiries.- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and financial standards.
