Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience includes stock management. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage accounts payable and receivable. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits. - Strong ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information. Responsibilities - Compile and analyze financial statements specific to healthcare operations. - Prepare and process monthly billing. - Reconcile daily deposits and payments. - Monitor and control financial performance. - Record and manage accounts payable and receivable. - Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis. - Respond to financial inquiries. - Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and financial standards.
