Job Title: Accountant cum HR Assistant (Female) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Female Accountant cum HR Assistant to manage accounting tasks along with HR support activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle both finance and human resource responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy. Prepare invoices, bills, and expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist in payroll processing and tax filing. Generate financial reports for management as required. HR Responsibilities: Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. Manage attendance and leave records. Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries. Support in organizing employee engagement and training activities. Requirements: Female candidates only. Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / BBA / MBA (HR/Finance) or equivalent. Prior experience of 1–3 years in accounting and HR support. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
