Job Title: Accountant cum Admin Location: K R Puram, 14, Old Madras Rd, Beside Pashmina Waterfront, Battarahalli, Bengaluru – 560049 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on Experience) Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) About the Role We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant cum Admin to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/Excel. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Maintain petty cash, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and financial records. Prepare monthly financial statements, GST/TDS documentation, and bank reconciliation. Assist in preparing payroll, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain office documentation and filing systems. Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management for smooth workflow. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general administrative support. Handle phone calls, emails, and basic HR support tasks. Assist in scheduling meetings and ensuring daily office operations run efficiently. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Accounting & Admin roles. Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic taxation (GST/TDS). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
