Accountant Cum Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in financial management. Experience in an IT company is a plus point. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Maintain and manage financial records, ledgers, and reports. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Manage GST, TDS, and ROC compliance, ensuring timely submissions. Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable & receivable. Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management. Use Tally or other accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting. Handle administrative tasks such as vendor management, office supplies procurement, and documentation. Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong accounting fundamentals with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software. Knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
