Job Description

Nirman Academy, a leading institute for Interior and Architectural Design education, is looking for an experienced Accountant cum HR professional for our Calicut branch. The role includes handling daily accounts, HR operations, documentation, and supporting the smooth functioning of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts, bookkeeping, and data entry.
• Maintain cash book, vouchers, receipts, and financial records.
• Handle monthly salary preparation, attendance tracking, and leave records.
• Coordinate HR documentation such as appointment letters, joining formalities, employee files, etc.
• Support recruitment activities – shortlisting, scheduling interviews, follow-up.
• Manage petty cash and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with management on accounts reports and HR updates.
• Prepare monthly accounts statements and ensure timely submission.
• Provide administrative support as required for daily branch operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software & MS Office.
• Good communication and HR handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / HR / Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Accounting & HR roles.

Salary

• Based on experience, performance, and interview evaluation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
