Job Title: Accountant cum HR

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated fresher to join our team as an Accountant. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a willingness to learn, with basic knowledge of Excel and a keen interest in GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

- Handle accounts payable and receivable

- Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements

- Manage GST filings, returns, and compliance

- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally and Excel

- Support audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Preferably 1 year of accounting experience

- Hands-on experience in GST filing and Tally, Excel

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
