Job Description

Position: Accountant cum Business Analyst Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Regular) Experience: 5+ Years Salary: Up to ₹55,000/month Gender: Male/Female Language: Fluent English Skills: Strong in MIS, MS Excel, and financial tools Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial reports Handle budgeting and forecasting activities Manage month-end closing, accruals, and financial schedules Process payroll fortnightly and maintain employee records Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial statements Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards File GST, PAYG, PAYGI and other tax-related reports on time Guide and supervise junior accounting staff Improve financial processes for better efficiency Perform financial analysis to support business decisions Coordinate with other departments for accurate reporting
