Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support overall financial health. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work with accounting software. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.). Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other financial obligations. Assist in audits and liaise with auditors. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and provide financial insights. Support management with financial analysis for decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
