Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to vehicle sales, service, parts, and accessories.
Record and reconcile inventory transactions, including vehicle purchases, sales, and stock transfers.
Monitor dealership performance metrics, including margins on vehicle sales and service department profitability.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and budgeting reports.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, parts) for accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports (if applicable).
Support financing documentation for customers and liaise with financial institutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
