Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing. Manage taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Conduct internal audits and support external audits as required. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making. --- Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (CA/ICWA/CPA) preferred but not mandatory. Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing practices. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
