1 Manage all accounting transactions:- Invoicing , Ledgers , Physical vouchers preparation & posting Others
2 Routinely doing Physical Inventory
3 Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4 Reconcile bank, accounts payable and receivable
5 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Advanced Income Tax TDS Returns GST Returns 6 Coordinate with CA & CS for any regulatory requirement
7 Import & Export Preparing Commercial Documents Coordinating with Clearing Agent Coordination with Bank Coordination with Custom/Regulatory Authorities
8 Prepare budget forecasts
9 Publish financial statements in time
10 Handling Cash & Banking transactions 11 Any adhoc requirement
1 Work experience- Post Qualification at least 4 years as a full time Accountant with small or mid sized firm
2 Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
3 Advanced MS Excel skills
4 Experience with general ledger functions
5 Experience with any Accounting Software like Tally, Busy
6 Should have good exposure to Import & Exports
7 Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
8 Qualification -Preferably M Com/CA Inter/ICWA Inter but basic requirement is of B.com (Full Time)
9 Looking for only male candidates, from Chandigarh Tricity
10 Should have 2 wheeler license & own 2 wheeler
11 Please note that a 1-month security clause will be applicable.
