Role Description

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate

  bookkeeping

  and financial records using

  Tally

  and other accounting systems.
• Prepare and file

  GST returns

  ,

  Income Tax

  ,

  TDS

  , and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws

  , including handling

  PF

  , and related payroll components.
• Prepare and analyze

  financial statements

  , balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Manage

  invoice generation

  , track outstanding payments, and follow up for timely collections.
• Deliver

  monthly revenue reports

  and ensure accurate management reporting as required.
• Oversee

  payroll processing

  , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
• Support internal audits and assist in financial process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  Tally

  , bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of

  GST

  ,

  Income Tax

  ,

  TDS

  , and statutory compliances.
• Familiarity with

  labour laws

  , PF, and payroll processes.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and reports.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is an advantage.
