Accountant – Sudama Hotel & Chanakya Hotel

Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Age Criteria: 25+ Years
Experience Required: 3–4 Years (Hotel/Restaurant industry preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, oversee cost control, ensure taxation compliance, and support management in financial planning at Sudama Hotel & Chanakya Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Keeping

• Maintain books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, salaries).
• Record daily transactions & prepare ledgers, trial balances, reconciliations.

- Revenue & Billing Management

• Track income from rooms, restaurant, banquets, bar, etc.
• Ensure accurate billing & monitor discounts/complimentary services.

- Cash & Bank Management

• Manage daily cash inflow/outflow.
• Reconcile cashier reports & bank statements.

- Cost Control

• Monitor F&B costs vs sales.
• Track wastage, pilferage & support inventory audits.

- Payroll & Staff Payments

• Prepare salary statements, manage PF/ESI/TDS, and attendance records.

- Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS filings & compliance with FSSAI/Excise norms.

- Financial Reporting & Budgeting

• Prepare financial statements & budgets.
• Provide insights for profitability & cost optimization.

- Coordination with Management

• Assist in decision-making with financial analysis.
• Support planning for promotions, offers, and expansions.

Requirements:

• Age 25+
• 3–4 years of accounting experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & payroll
• Good communication & analytical skills
