Roles of manager cum cashier

1. Staff Management

• Schedules shifts and manages staff attendance.

• Resolves staff conflicts and ensures high performance.

2. Customer Service Oversight

• Ensures guests have a positive dining experience.

• Handles major complaints and resolves escalated issues.

• Monitors service quality and customer feedback.

3. Operational Supervision

• Oversees daily restaurant operations: cleanliness, service speed, ambiance, and safety.

• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Maintains equipment and coordinates necessary repairs.

4. Financial Management

• Tracks sales, expenses, and profitability.

• Prepares and reviews budgets and financial reports.

• Reduces waste and controls food and labor costs.

5. Inventory and Supply Management

• Orders food, beverages, and other supplies.

• Manages inventory levels and prevents overstock or shortage.

• Coordinates with vendors and ensures timely deliveries.
