Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.Prepare, review, and analyze budgets and cost estimates for painting and real estate projects.Ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial data into accounting software.Track project-specific expenses and revenues for painting services and real estate plot sales.Generate financial reports for each project, highlighting costs, profit margins, and cash flow.Monitor project budgets to ensure they align with company goals.Work with vendors to manage material orders and payments after management approval.Coordinate with clients to issue invoices and track payments for both painting and plot sales.Resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, including GST filings and TDS payments.Prepare and file income tax returns and other statutory reports.Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and bonusesManage payroll taxes and statutory contributions (e.g., PF, ESI).Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.Prepare and submit periodic financial statements and reports to management.Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure smooth operations.Track and manage inventory of painting materials and supplies.Reconcile inventory records with project usage.Maintain financial records for real estate plot sales, including registration fees and client deposits.Prepare reports on plot availability, sales performance, and revenue forecasts.Ensure proper documentation for plot transactions, including agreements and receipts.Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally) to streamline financial processes.Recommend improvements to financial workflows and reporting systems.
