Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain DECFORT’s interior design services.Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s offerings.Build and maintain relationships with clients by addressing their queries and concerns promptly.Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources such as social media, websites, and referrals.Schedule appointments for consultations with the interior design team.Follow up with leads and clients to nurture ongoing relationships.Maintain a database of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads and conversions in CRM software.Assist the sales team in achieving targets by setting up client meetings and sharing lead details.Provide updates on client feedback to help refine sales strategies.Share promotional offers, service updates, and new project announcements with existing and potential clients.Conduct client satisfaction surveys to gather insights for service improvement.Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call performance, lead generation, and conversions.Track and analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
