Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive – E-commerce Accounting Location: Delhi, Rohini Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years Industry: E-commerce & Manufacturing Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounts and also handle financial operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Key Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts, ledger entries, bank reconciliation, and GST records Handle reconciliation of payments and returns from e-commerce platforms Download and analyze marketplace settlement reports (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) Record and verify invoices, returns, commissions, and marketplace charges Coordinate with internal teams for order validation and inventory records Prepare monthly P&L statements and GST workings Assist with audits, TDS filings, and statutory compliance Support monthly and annual closings Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to e-commerce platforms Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software Understanding of GST, TDS, and e-commerce taxation rules Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts Preferred Skills: Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Panel, Myntra Partner Portal Knowledge of marketplace commission structures and chargebacks Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred To Apply: Email your resume to leadinglady2022@gmail.com with the subject line “Accounts Executive”
