Company: Sundaram Multi Pap Limited Job Title: Accounts Executive Experience: Minimum 2+ years Location: Andheri, Mumbai Shift: Monday to Saturday (10 Am to 6 Pm) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive. The candidate will be responsible for preparing bills, maintaining accurate records of invoices, and managing daily accounting activities in an organized and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle billing, invoicing, GST/TDS filings, and bank reconciliation. Generate and manage invoices for clients/customers Maintain records of billing, payments, and transactions Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports Manage day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for billing accuracy Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments Handle basic GST and tax-related documentation Qualifications and Skills Required: 1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field 2. Good Communication Skills. 3. Hands on experience & Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data analysis etc) & Accounting Softwares. 4.
