We are hiring for Accounts Payable Specialist - Sage Intacct

Job Duties:-

  • Enter invoices into the accounting system for payment processing, including verification of appropriate authorization and coding for all invoices
  • Generate and maintain accurate accounts payable aging reports
  • Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers and ACHs
  • Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements, preventing late payments
  • Address and resolve payment discrepancies and issues with vendors
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accounts are accurate and up to date
  • Investigate and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals, and reconciliation of accounts payable record
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and reconciliations
  • Initiate vendor files including set up of accounts and W9 information
  • Prepare and report annual 1099 taxes to vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and information
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes to ensure ongoing process improvements

Qualifications and Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of accounts payable workflows
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience directly performing accounts payables
  • Experience with ERP systems, Sage Intacct preferred
  • Intermediate or better level of expertise with Excel, to include ability to independently create, from scratch, spreadsheets utilizing lookups, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and pivot tables with acumen to learn more functions to fulfill this role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines

Job timings - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am ( Monday to Friday )

Salary - Best as per market Job Location - Panchkula

Cab facility available for female staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
