Account Security Specialist

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Proactively monitor login activity, device changes, and location patterns to detect early signs of account takeover attempts.
• Assess and action risk alerts, swiftly identifying suspicious behaviour that could compromise player safety.
• Conduct structured investigations into unusual sessions, evaluating access history, withdrawals, and profile changes to validate legitimacy.
• Recommend and initiate appropriate security measures such as MFA prompts, password resets, or identity verification.
• Support players through secure account recovery while ensuring a seamless and frictionless user experience.
• Partner with IT and Risk teams to enhance security workflows, refine detection triggers, and strengthen our authentication processes.

⚡ All you need is…

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience within Risk, Fraud, or AML functions.
• A proven background in account security or cybersecurity, with strong understanding of digital access risks.
• Exceptional pattern-recognition and investigative skills.
• Confidence in making timely and accurate escalation decisions in fast-paced situations.
• Clear, structured written communication skills that support precise reporting and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SEON or similar risk-scoring and fraud-prevention tools.
• Background in iGaming, fintech, or online transactional platforms.
• Basic SQL knowledge or motivation to learn it as part of your professional development.
