Job Description

Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates.
Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process, identifying areas of performance improvement.
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (B.B.A/ B.M.S) is required; a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
