Role & responsibilities Preparation of warehousing invoices & challans Preparation of sales and inventory reports. Liaising with customers Maintain accurate records of product listings and descriptions Input customer and transaction details into the company database. Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly. Organize and maintain physical and digital records. Assist in the preparation of data reports for other departments. Update product information and stock availability. Process customer orders and track shipment data. Report discrepancies in inventory records to the supply chain team. Preferred candidate profile SAP knowledge must Skills Follow company data entry protocols and guidelines. Strong typing skills (minimum 60 WPM). Basic computer proficiency. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience - should have min one year experience in maintaining/ repairs of Electrical Systems, Wiring, Lighting and Control system. ( Knowledge of maintaining EOT Crane and hydraulic systems will be preferred) Key Responsibilities-- Inspect/ identify the electrical defects and undertake repairs/replacement of the the defective wiring, components/unit in the equipment Undertake Preventive/ breakdown Maintenance of EOT Cranes, Switchboard panels, RTG Cranes, Transformers, Lighting Systems, Motors & DG Set and Control & Hydraulics systems. Ensure electrical systems are safe to operate. Keep maintenance/repair records and track the purchase and use of electreical supplies & components. Advise Senior Electrical Supervisor to replace the faulty electrical system/unit to prevent electrical hazards and attend all types of electrical defects as assigned by him. Should have very good practical skills for using wide range of tools and electronic instruments..
