Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong authority and operational maturity to manage people and processes.
• Oversee daily workflows, monitor team output, and ensure all deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Lead, train, and evaluate team performance with a supervisory mindset.
• Manage processes end-to-end and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Maintain confident and professional communication with clients, including handling escalations.
• Enforce company standards, client expectations, timelines, and accountability across teams.
• Support marketing-related deliverables with attention to detail and understanding of campaign needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Track and follow KPIs, performance metrics, and SLA commitments as required by the UK client.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, account management, or client servicing.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and campaign workflows.

• Experience handling client escalations and improving service quality.
• Exposure to marketing, digital operations, or campaign execution.
