Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in account management and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to close deals
Meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer retention
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Prepare regular reports on account activity and sales performance

Skills and Qualifications
