Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Hyderabad. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring that all logistics and supply chain operations run smoothly. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, coordinating with warehousing and fulfillment teams, leveraging data for supply chain optimization, and addressing client concerns. The role also involves liaising with sales teams to support business growth and maintaining client satisfaction through dedicated support.

Qualifications

• Client Management, Client Communications, and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Fulfillment Operations
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and using ERP systems
• Organizational and Project Management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
