Account Manager – US IT Staffing (Infosys/TCS Account Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the existing client relationship with

  TCS or similar enterprise clients

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the recruitment team
• Coordinate with internal recruiters to fulfill client requirements efficiently
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Work on

  VMS/MSP platforms

  and ensure smooth submission and interview processes
• Generate daily/weekly reports and present status updates to the leadership team
• Maintain strong follow-up and client satisfaction metrics

Required Skills:

• Mandatory experience working with or handling the TCS account

  (or similar Tier 1 client)
• 4+ years of experience in

  US IT Staffing

• Hands-on experience with

  VMS/MSP platforms

• Strong understanding of

  recruitment lifecycle, US tax terms, and visa classifications

• Excellent communication and client handling skills
• Ability to lead and motivate internal recruiting teams

• Exposure to reporting tools and dashboards
