About the role


We are adding high-performance Account Managers to keep pace with the demand pouring into UAbility as we scale toward our next major milestones. This is not a customer success role. This is a high-pressure, high-impact position where you directly influence whether our clients hit their projections or fall behind.

You are the strategic partner responsible for client retention, revenue expansion, and performance across a portfolio of sixty to eighty client businesses. You coach business owners and their teams. You diagnose bottlenecks. You rebuild systems. You drive results. If that level of ownership feels overwhelming, this is not the place for you.


Responsibilities


You will:

– Manage a portfolio of roughly sixty to sixty nine active clients with a hard cap near seventy.

– Lead Weekly Sales Clinics that solve real revenue problems.

– Run one to one onboarding and coaching sessions and conduct call reviews that actually move numbers.

– Train business owners until they are getting qualified leads and closing deals.

– Audit funnels, locate revenue leaks, and install the systems that fix them.

– Drive upgrades, renewals, and retention through world class delivery and proactive communication.

– Maintain a refund and cancellation rate under one percent and a retention rate of twenty percent or higher.

– Collaborate daily with Marketing/Specialist Support, and Fulfillment Leadership.

– Be available to attend travel and team events (2x/year).

– Former founders, sales leaders, sales trainers, and operators who have driven real revenue and led real teams.

– Professionals with deep experience in the coaching, consulting, or information industry.

– Individuals who are competitive, hungry, and relentless about improvement.

– Operators who do not just accept feedback but aggressively pursue it.

– People who can drag clients up the mountain even when the climb is brutal.
