Job Description

Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients through welcome calls, emails, account setup & documentation.
Coordinate with clients and developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Handle demos, gather feedback, and oversee revisions.
Manage existing client accounts, address change requests, and ensure timely renewals.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and support collections & reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication & client management skills.
Ability to coordinate between clients and technical teams.
Proactive approach in handling client requirements and renewals.
Experience in account management, customer success, or project coordination preferred.
