Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients through welcome calls, emails, account setup & documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Handle demos, gather feedback, and oversee revisions.
  • Manage existing client accounts, address change requests, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and support collections & reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication & client management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate between clients and technical teams.
  • Proactive approach in handling client requirements and renewals.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or project coordination preferred.
