Role Overview: Adventus.io is a B2B2C SaaS-based marketplace supporting institutions, recruiters, and students within the international student placement sector. The innovative platform allows direct connection between institutions, recruiters, and students to match the right international study experience with students globally. Founded in 2018, Adventus.io is on a mission to revolutionize the accessibility of international education, driven by a team of over 350 talented individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the demand of students through the network of recruiters - Drive revenue through recruiter subscription and student placement - Generate revenues from the sale of products such as accommodation, financial services, and travel - Identify and implement new revenue streams to enhance total revenue Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in the recruitment of international students - Proven track record of successful sales results through leading indirect sales management - Ability to nurture customer relationships, understand customer business requirements, and proactively work towards meeting them - Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace, including its opportunities and challenges Additional Company Details: Adventus.io values diversity and welcomes individuals from various backgrounds to contribute to the team.
