Reeta Engineering Works is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both HR compliances and billing/accounting operations in our power plant projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR compliance (PF, ESI, payroll, labor law documentation).

• Handle attendance, onboarding, and employee records.

• Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts entries.

• Coordinate with project teams at power plants for smooth operations.

• Ensure timely statutory compliance and reporting.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Commerce/Accounting (MBA/PGDM preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or accounts (preferably in industrial or power plant sector).

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and compliance regulations.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

📍 Singrauli, M.P. / On-site at Power Plant or H.O.
