Note: The candidate should be open to travel to Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru from Pune initially As our Account Manager, you are not here to 'manage clients' you're here to engineer outcomes. Your mission is to drive alignment between client needs and candidate excellence through insight, expectation-setting, and constant optimization. You're the orchestrator behind 'right-fit' placements and long-term trust. What You'll Actually Do Client Intelligence: Decode client hiring needs, not just at the JD level ,but at the cultural business and success metric level Client Engagement: Ensure the client is always engaged by proactively setting plans and meetings online and visits to stay on top of their priorities Project Stewardship: Act as the operational and relational hub for each client account from brief to shortlist to closure Stakeholder Coaching: Guide clients on optimizing their interview structures decision making pace and expectation calibration Quality Control: Ensure every profile that reaches a client has passed our unique skill scale success filters and delivers candidate value stories Feedback Mining: Collect translate and escalate feedback loops into actions internally with recruiters and externally with clients Data Informed Influence: Use recruitment intelligence (eg - engagement scores market availability offer decline signals) to influence client strategies You're Likely a Fit If You See yourself as a recruitment consultant with product manager instincts - curious precise and feedback obsessed Thrive in early stage chaos and build systems, not processes Can manage both intimacy and scale - forging relationships with 3 clients while helping shape a system that can serve 30 Understand what 'success context' means in hiring and don't just talk about experience or years Have 2 to 5 years of experience in client success, recruitment consulting, HR advisory or startup GTM roles Must Haves 3 to 6 years of experience in account management, recruitment operations or client success in B2B services Managed 10 to 20 client accounts simultaneously with demonstrable retention or upsell performance Should have a network of 50+ client decision makers History of at least 100+ closed hires in partnership with recruiting teams as a recruiter Delivered 80% client satisfaction (NPS or CSAT) across projects in prior roles Written or reviewed 50 plus job descriptions with hiring managers for active hiring cycles Used at least 2 ATS/CRM or recruitment automation tools Worked in environments with less than 30 day TAT per hire, or improved hiring velocity by measurable margins Led or co led quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or similar structured client feedback mechanisms Good to Haves Experience in tech startup hiring for roles with salaries more than 12 LPA or more Participated in strategic hiring discussions (eg - org design, scale-up planning, market compensation alignment) Grown an accounts billing by 2x or more within a 6 month window Contributed to a team that processed more than 300 candidate profiles per quarter What We Offer INR 4 to 6 LPA depending on experience plus significant performance based incentives Ground floor opportunity in a fast scaling, high intellect firm Direct mentorship from founders Culture flexible candid outcome driven and allergic to fluff How Were Different (And Why You Might Be Too) We don't do spray and pray recruiting We don't chase resumes - We curate narratives We aren't looking for people who want a role - we're looking for someone who wants a canvas
