Job Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing social media strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals. Your role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and project coordination to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning strategies accordingly.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and present tailored social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of content, paid social campaigns, and community management, ensuring alignment with the strategy.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and paid media specialists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, to optimise campaigns.
  • Client Presentations: Lead client meetings, present performance reports, and suggest strategic improvements.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep clients ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media strategies for brands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹7,00,000.00 per year
