Account Manager

About the Role
Showffice is expanding and looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control as we scale our coworking business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle: ledgers, reconciliations, month-end & year-end closing
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS reports
• Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Oversee invoicing, billing, payment collections & vendor payments
• Ensure statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF/ESI, audit coordination
• Work closely with operations on occupancy, revenue & cost metrics
• Improve financial processes and implement controls

Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance OR strong accounting background
• 5–8+ years experience in service, coworking, real-estate or hospitality preferred
• Proficiency in Tally/Zoho/SAP & advanced Excel
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards & taxation
• Analytical, detail-oriented, reliable and organised
