Profile Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager to oversee complete accounting operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, TDS/GST compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ensure accurate Accounting & Reporting and compliance with financial standards.
• Oversee TDS/GST compliance, provisions, and returns filing.
• Handle team management, including daily task allocation and performance tracking.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and accounting issues.
• Prepare and review Daily MIS reports and Monthly Dashboards.
• Conduct Vendor Reconciliation and review GR/IR reports.
• Monitor bank reconciliation status daily.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for issue resolution and meetings.
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy and timely submission.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, TDS, and GST.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / CA / MBA (Finance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
