Located in Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh, the manufacturing facility is approximately 2-3 hours from Delhi. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA). Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA in Finance will be preferred. Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or account management roles. Experience in manufacturing / textile / export industry will be an added advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, Excel, and MS Office. Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and budgeting. Working knowledge of MIS reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis. Role Description: The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, managing client accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closing of books. 2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and MIS data. 3. Oversee billing, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of accounts. 4. Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings as per statutory norms. 5. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. 7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors for smooth financial transactions. 8. Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
