Account Manager - Hitech

As a Client Partner in the Hitech domain, your role involves owning and growing key multinational accounts within the Industries for the company. You will manage client relationships with key decision makers and work closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams both onsite and offshore. Your responsibilities include seeding deal-shaping concepts, leading proactive solutions, and facilitating workshops with technical architects to establish deep relationships with key client executives. Key Responsibilities: - Own and grow key multinational account within the Hitech domain - Manage client relationships with key decision makers - Work with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams onsite and offshore - Lead proactive solutions for the account - Facilitate workshops with technical architects - Establish and execute account strategy aligned with customer priorities - Interface with delivery partners to drive customer excellence - Negotiate account management contracts to maximize profit Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years experience in IT services industry - Experience in working with large clients - Minimum of 10 years of client management experience - Experience in managing Hitech customers is mandatory - Ability to connect laterally with other account managers and practice PoCs - Strong communication and presentation skills - Understanding of outsourcing constructs to engage at VP and SVP level In summary, as a Client Partner in the Hitech domain, you will play a crucial role in managing key multinational accounts, building client relationships, and driving revenue from vertical-specific solutions.
