Account Manager - Hitech

As a Client Partner in the Hitech domain, your role will involve owning and growing key multinational accounts within the Industries for the company. You will be responsible for managing client relationships with key decision makers and collaborating with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams both onsite and offshore. Your primary goal will be to deliver value to the client during steady state and proactively shape deals for the account. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops with technical architects, establish deep relationships with key client executives, and execute account strategy aligned with customer priorities and competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Own and grow key multinational account within the Hitech domain. - Manage client relationships with key decision makers. - Collaborate with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams onsite and offshore. - Independently lead proactive solutions and deal-shaping concepts. - Facilitate workshops with technical architects and establish deep relationships with key client executives. - Execute account strategy aligned with customer priorities and competitive landscape. - Interface with delivery partners to set delivery metrics/targets and drive customer excellence. - Negotiate account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT services industry. - Experience working with large clients. - Minimum of 10 years of client management experience. - Experience in managing Hitech customers is mandatory. - Ability to connect laterally with other account managers/client partners and practice PoCs. - Strong communication and presentation skills with an understanding of outsourcing constructs to engage at VP and SVP level.,
