Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager with strong experience in the banking sector and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, along with expertise in stakeholder management, business planning, manpower planning, and negotiation. This position requires an individual who can build long-term relationships with clients, identify growth opportunities, and support the company’s strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, Customer service, and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail Operations
• Problem-solving and Conflict resolution skills
• Organizational and Time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability in business development, client servicing, and strategic planning.

• Willingness to relocate and work from Bhopal.
