Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our team and manage relationships with our airline clients. This role is open to early-career professionals who have strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for customer success. The Account Manager will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the adoption and usage of our digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned airline clients.
  • Understand and document client needs, offering tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, and Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate the value and functionality of our digital platform clearly to clients.
  • Support the implementation, training, and adoption of our solutions.
  • Track and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share insights with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with airline operations or aviation tech.
