Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Gurgaon. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and address client needs effectively. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of solutions and services. The Account Manager will also focus on resolving customer queries and ensuring high service standards.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of Technology, SaaS models, and CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in an on-demand software or e-commerce services environment is a plus
